Over the past 15 years, RHCS has developed an outstanding track record for delivering state-of-the-art training, speaking, coaching, education, and workshop facilitation to a variety of federal and state organizations. The list includes, but is not limited to, the following:
|Trained, coached, and advised hundreds of executive military officers, senior administrators and front line supervisors from various military branches on how to improve employee morale and performance.|
|Developed a 1 hour and 20 minute on-line Continuing Education Module entitled, “Veterans in Treatment: Providing Evidenced-Based PTSD Intervention” for the National Association of Social Workers. The continuing education course aims to provide all social workers with a basic understanding of major mental health issues and psychotherapy practices as they relate to returning veterans and their families.
The National Association of Social Workers has been a proud member of The White House Joining Forces Initiative since 2011. The initiative was created by First Lady Michelle Obama and Dr. Jill Biden to bring attention to the unique needs and strengths of Service Members, Veterans and their families.
|Keynote Speaker for the 30th Annual Social Work Month Celebration. Facilitated several self-awareness seminars and conducted two film screenings at Jackson State University, Jackson, Mississippi.|
|Facilitated a self-empowerment seminar entitled, “A Black Woman’s Worth: My Queen and Backbone” for Habitat for Humanity, St. Louis, Minnesota.|
|Developed and facilitated a seminar entitled, “Unconditional Love: What Every Woman and Man Desires in a Relationship for Better Family Life, St. Louis, Minnesota.|
|Developed and facilitated a seminar entitled, “Building Powerful Families” for Society of The Divine World during their National Black Catholic Men’s Conference, Atlanta, Georgia.|
|Conducted educational presentation on “Teen Dating Violence” to Women’s Health Coordinating Committee for Healthy Relationships at The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Rockville, Maryland.|
|Designed and delivered “Youth Development Training” including material on community leadership and violence, social etiquette, college preparation, public speaking, personal development, and vocational training for high school males enrolled in Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc Columbia, (MD) Alumni’s Guide Right Youth Program.|
|Keynote speaker for “National African American Heritage Month” celebration sponsored by Office of Commissioned Corps Force Management within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.|
